Warranty Policy
7 Days Replacement
- Eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or DOA (Dead on Arrival) for selected products.
- The product must be returned with the original box, all accessories, and valid purchase invoice.
- Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage are not covered under the replacement policy.
1 Year Servicing / Parts Warranty
- Selected products include 1 year of free servicing and parts warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, or normal wear and tear.
- A valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product. Customers should check the warranty information provided with the specific product before purchase.
৭ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি
- নির্বাচিত পণ্যে উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি বা DOA (ডেলিভারির পর থেকেই অচল) থাকলে পণ্য পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য।
- পণ্যটি অবশ্যই মূল বক্স, সকল আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী এবং বৈধ ক্রয় রসিদ বা ইনভয়েসসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
- ভাঙা, পানিতে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল ব্যবহার, অননুমোদিত পরিবর্তন বা দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতি রিপ্লেসমেন্টের আওতায় পড়বে না।
১ বছরের সার্ভিসিং ও পার্টস ওয়ারেন্টি
- নির্বাচিত পণ্যে উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটির জন্য ১ বছরের ফ্রি সার্ভিসিং ও পার্টস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।
- ভাঙা, পানিতে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল ব্যবহার, অননুমোদিত মেরামত বা পরিবর্তন এবং স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারে ক্ষয়ক্ষতি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
- ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার জন্য বৈধ ক্রয় রসিদ বা ইনভয়েস প্রদান করতে হবে।
- পণ্যভেদে ওয়ারেন্টির সুবিধা ও শর্ত ভিন্ন হতে পারে। কেনার আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি তথ্য দেখে নেওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
